The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing billers, identifying new business opportunities and driving increased transaction volumes across my client's retail and digital payment networks.\nThey are looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys building strong client\nrelationships, identifying opportunities for growth and working collaboratively to deliver effective payment solutions.\nResponsibilities include:\n\nManage and grow relationships with existing billers, driving increased transaction volumes and long-term client value\nIdentify, approach and onboard new billers.\nDrive transaction growth across retail and digital payment networks.\nBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth. \nIdentify and develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.\nCollaborate with internal teams to explore innovative payment solutions and support growth.\nAct as the primary point of contact between billers and relevant internal departments, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.\nWork closely with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing service delivery and\nresolution of client queries.\nSupport their market presence and client engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.\nMonitor and report on client performance, business ppportunities, transaction growth, sales forecasts and key account activities.\nMinimum requirements:\nRelevant tertiary qualification; 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management within the financial services or fintech industry.\nExperience in the payments industry, including an understanding of retail and digital payment networks, will be highly advantageous.\nProven experience managing enterprise-level client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.\nValid driver's license and own reliable transport.\nFluent in business English;
