About the role Juru is looking for an experienced System Administrator to maintain reliable, secure IT services across its offices and projects. The role is based in our Tashkent office and owns IT systems and network infrastructure administration, cybersecurity and user support, ensuring that staff have dependable access to the systems they need. Job Responsibilities: Infrastructure and Service Reliability: Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware; support Linux systems where required. Manage gateways, switches, wireless networks, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs and inter-office connectivity; maintain video surveillance and its retention settings. Plan server migrations, upgrades and infrastructure projects, with documented risks, tested rollback plans and post-implementation reviews. Operate backups, offsite copies and recovery procedures; conduct and document restore tests. Administer Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools for patching, software deployment, monitoring, alerting and remote support; maintain engineering software (CAD/BIM/CDE) licence servers, associated file servers and aut
