Affordability & Credit ecosystem across both merchants and banking/lending partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nMerchant & Enterprise Business Development\nOwn a category of online and offline merchants and drive revenue, product adoption and growth.\nDevelop outreach strategies to acquire new merchants and expand existing relationships.\nPrepare pitch decks, proposals, RFP responses and commercial agreements.\nNegotiate commercials, delivery milestones and partnership structures.\nBanking & Lending Partnerships\nBuild and grow strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs and lending partners.\nExpand the lending network and offer portfolio (EMI, Pay Later, consumer credit).\nCoordinate between lenders and merchants to ensure smooth execution.\nSupport onboarding of new partners and optimize partnership processes.\nProduct & Strategy Collaboration\nTranslate market insights and partner feedback into new product opportunities.\nWork closely with product, engineering and legal teams to co-create solutions.\nContribute to business strategy and roadmap planning.\nOperations & Execution\nManage day-to-day partner communication and ensure timely execution.\nImprove internal processes and drive operational efficiency.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5-8 years in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales or fintech.\nExperience working with merchants, banks, payment gateways or lending fintechs.\nUnderstanding of EMI, Pay Later, consumer credit or lending products.\nStrong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Background\nMBA or Engineering background preferred.\nPrior experience in the fintech or financial services
