Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of partnership solutions. - Market Research: Conduct market research and gather insights from partners to identify emerging product opportunities and trends. - Operational Support: Provide essential support in optimizing partnership processes, including partner onboarding, process documentation, and managing day-to-day communication. - Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between lender and merchants on a day to day basis and handle any potential conflicts arising out of the same, amicably, to scale up the business\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience: 4+ years in payments, financial services, or fintech, with a focus on bank partnerships, with experience of handling EMIs, Offers - Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the payments and lending landscape, with exposure to banking or fintech partnerships preferred. - Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with an aptitude for clear and concise communication across teams and with partners. - Analytical Approach: Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to identify trends and derive insights from data. - Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience in a fintech environment is essential along with experience of dealing of Banks across products -
