Be part of a highly energetic and innovative team and create customer delight as a differentiator for Juspay.\n# Responsibilities\nTake ownership of customer issues and requests through to resolution\nResearch, diagnose and troubleshoot issues following SLAs\nGuide non-technical users through the issue resolution process\nProduct integration support for merchants\nCollect and document information about users problems for future references\nFollow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams\nProvide prompt and accurate feedback to customers\nDocument knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles\nCollaborate with team for application enhancements\n# Qualification\n1 to 4 years of experience working in application and technical support.\nBE /B.Tech in any discipline.\nExcellent trouble-shooter.
