Performing a range of administrative and organizational tasks, you provide the highest standards and take responsibility for the office to ensure our business can run smoothly.\nThese are some of the key ingredients to the role:\n Workplace Operations: Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including managing helpdesk (Jira) tickets (POC for ticketing and update of open tickets) and addressing maintenance issues.\nMaintenance: Liaise with suppliers for repairs, maintenance, and office needs, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
