You'll design and manage programs across the full customer lifecycle: from activating new customers and rewarding loyal ones, to re-engaging lapsed customers and running structured experiments to continuously improve performance, all while keeping a close eye on budget, voucher spend, and incremental ROI.\nThese are some of the key ingredients to the role:\nOwn & Optimize Lifecycle Programs\nOwn specific global lifecycle programs spanning reactivation, activation, retention, and engagement - including reactivation program, New Customer Activation, Churn Prevention, Frequency Stretch. \nDrive customer engagement via our loyalty programs (Reorder Rewards, StampCard) or non-incentivized campaigns that leverage next-best-action recommendation programs.\nManage the full program cycle: audience definition, proposition strategy (voucher value, MOV, validity, claim & apply mechanics), campaign setup, pacing, and post-send monitoring.\nEnsure programs run reliably at global scale; identify issues quickly and drive resolution.\nMaintain exclusion and audience logic to prevent over-communication and protect program integrity.\nAudience & Performances\nDefine and manage customer audiences using audience management tools (e.g. HighTouch), applying lifecycle logic, stage transitions, and targeting rules.\nApply customer intelligence signals - such as propensity scores - to sharpen targeting and improve cost-efficiency.\nDocument audience logic clearly so it can be scaled and reused globally.\nMonitor MUB, DUB (Daily Unique Buyers), voucher spend, and redemption rates daily and weekly.\nPace voucher budgets against monthly targets; flag deviations early and propose adjustments.\nUse data to identify friction points and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.\nRun Structured Experiments\nDesign and execute A/B and multivariate tests within the team's testing cycles.\nTest voucher values, timing, messaging, and targeting rules to understand what drives MUB incrementally.\nAnalyse results with rigour: measure MUB uplift, IOV (Incremental Order Volume), CPiO (Cost Per Incremental Order), and redemption rates.\nTranslate findings into clear recommendations and feed them back into the program roadmap.\nWhat will you bring to the table?\nHands-on experience with a CRM platform (Braze, SFMC, Adobe, Iterable, etc.).\nStrong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization mechanics.\nAnalytical mindset; able to interpret data, identify patterns, and identify what needs fixing.\nOwnership mentality: you want to own programs, not just execute tasks.\nComfort working across multiple teams (data, technical, creative studio).\nAbility to break down problems, propose solutions, and iterate fast.\nStrong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.\nFluency in English.\nAt JET, this is on the menu:\nOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.\nFun, fast-paced and supportive, the JET culture is about movement, growth and about celebrating every aspect of our JETers.
