You’ll turn business strategy into high-impact products, working autonomously with engineering and analytics to build scalable, high-quality solutions. You won't just execute a roadmap-you will help shape it, measure its success, and continuously advocate for our users.\nLocation: Alberta ( Remote)\nReporting to: Head of Product, Finance\nThese are some of the key ingredients to the role:\nRoadmap Execution & Backlog Ownership: Partner with Product Leads and stakeholders to translate business goals into a clear, prioritized product backlog. Own end-to-end feature delivery, making firm decisions on what makes it into the scope-and what doesn't.\nCross-Functional Delivery: Lead squad execution alongside Engineering. Drive Agile ceremonies, define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and remove operational blockers to deliver features at a steady, high-quality pace.\nData & Impact Focus: Define key performance metrics (KPIs) for your product area. Leverage quantitative data and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses, track feature success, and drive continuous product enhancements.\nStakeholder Management: Proactively manage relationships across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams. Maintain transparent, clear communication to keep stakeholders aligned, manage risks, and navigate dependencies.\nWhat will you bring to the table?\nProven PM Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, preferably within Fintech, or high-scale digital products.\nData-Informed Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to establish success metrics, interpret analytics, and combine data with user feedback to make smart product trade-offs.\nTechnical & Agile Acumen: Strong fluency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and comfortable working closely with engineers to discuss technical trade-offs, scope, and system constraints.\nAutonomous Problem Solving: A proactive, self-starter mindset.
