Working with a group of other AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that drive business value across the organisation.\nThe Senior Enterprise AI Engineer is responsible for delivering a roadmap of improvements, focusing on the full lifecycle of AI applications, from initial prototyping to production-grade deployments.\n Key Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions, focusing on AI-enabled applications and infrastructure.\nLead and participate in technical projects and deployments of AI systems.\nProvide guidance and mentoring to other team members on best practices in AI engineering.\nUse best practices (e.g., MLOps, AIOps) to improve products/services and processes related to AI.\nOptimise existing model serving and data pipelines to meet changing performance and security requirements.\nHold requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and data science teams.\nLead functional projects or work streams focused on AI infrastructure and tooling.\nYour Profile & Recommended Experience:\nExperience working with cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Fargate, DynamoDB/RDS) or GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).\nStrong programming skills, with extensive experience in Python and fluency in another language.\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Serverless Framework).\nEnjoy automating processes.\nKnowledge of containers (Docker, Container Orchestration like Kubernetes/ECS/GKE).\nA genuine interest in and at least foundational experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies, demonstrating an eagerness to grow into a specialised AI Engineering role.\nProven track record of delivering high-quality work and driving forward best practices in software engineering.\nWorks independently and is able to solve complex\nStays up to date with new technology in the AI space.\n Nice to have:\nDirect experience with advanced AI tools and platforms, such as Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.\nFamiliarity with frameworks for building complex, multi-step generative AI applications, like LangGraph.\nExperience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication or coordination patterns in AI systems.\nHands-on experience leveraging AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot or similar platforms (e.g., Kiro, Cursor) to enhance productivity and code generation.\nKnowledge of or experience with MCP to integrate LLMs with external data sources and tools\nAt JET, this is how we play\nOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.\nBeing the best at what we do isn’t just about delivering on our strategy.
