You will seek to continuously improve the reliability of our platforms & tooling, while navigating the complexity of our global platforms. You will be helping teams to understand availability, increase observability and resiliency.\nWe have an established, north star vision and want a proactive contributor to help us turn it into reality. This will rarely be a linear path, we’re looking to continually validate the effectiveness of what we ship and steer our efforts to the best experience we can deliver. You will contribute across multiple projects and not a single day will be the same.\nThese are some of the key ingredients to the role:\nOwn engineering projects, their implementation and delivering against the Reliability & Observability Engineering roadmap\nBe a part of global agile delivery team\nSupport the implementation and adoption of various initiatives (Load testing, Chaos Engineering, production assurance)\nWork closely with multiple engineering teams\nShare your knowledge and promote best practices on how we reliably operate our global platform\nTroubleshoot, reproduce and mitigate issues in our production environments\nIdentify improvements, highlighting risks vs benefits, and translating them into technical requirements\nWhat will you bring to the table?\nEagerness to learn\nPrevious exposure to large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)\nExperience in DevOps, SRE or similar role\nExperience with containers and Kubernetes (EKS) \nExperience with developing AI agent would be an advantage\nDevelopment/engineering background would be an advantage (e.g. Python, .NET, Java…)\nAt JET, this is on the menu:\nOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.\nFun, fast-paced and supportive, the JET culture is about movement, growth and about celebrating every aspect of our JETers.
