In this key operational role, you will lead high-tier IT support, drive incident resolution, and power seamless operations for JETers worldwide. Working closely with IT Service Management (ITSM), you will deliver excellence, embody our \"Lead, Deliver, Care\" values, and care for our internal community by collaborating across multi-disciplinary engineering projects.\n\nThese are some of the key components to the position:\nResolve escalated Jira and Slack technical tickets, autonomously producing documentation and managing incident communications.\nProvide hands-on and virtual technical support across diverse platforms, ensuring prompt resolution for all Jetters.\nDeliver technical training sessions globally to empower Service Desk teams and build long-term operational capabilities.\nManage and maintain multi-platform devices including Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Google ecosystems at scale.\nPerform network troubleshooting including Wi-Fi connectivity, access management, and infrastructure maintenance.\nManage Identity Provider (Okta) group policies, rule setups, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for new products.\nDesign and implement self-service solutions and automations to streamline user support and optimize workflows.\nWhat will you bring to the team?\nEnterprise IT experience supporting large, distributed operational environments with a proactive problem-solving mindset.\nExpertise in device management across multiple platforms (Jamf, Intune, Google) across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.\nStrong foundational knowledge of networking concepts, access controls, identity management (Okta), and IT infrastructure.\nCapability to automate repetitive administrative tasks using scripting tools and APIs to enhance efficiency.\nClear communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical partners and lead training.\nCollaborative mindset with a commitment to sharing knowledge, helping colleagues grow, and maintaining strong team relationships.\nInitiative to independently identify operational gaps, drive improvements, and professionally manage stakeholder conversations.\nAt JET, this is how we play\nOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.\nBeing the best at what we do isn’t just about delivering on our strategy.
