The role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of satellite subassembly production, implementing preventive quality practices and driving continuous improvement to ensure compliance with demanding space-grade manufacturing standards.\nResponsibilities\nOversee subassembly production activities, ensuring compliance with defined quality requirements, approved manufacturing processes, technical specifications, and operational standards.\nDevelop and maintain inspection plans, quality checklists, control plans, and verification procedures in close collaboration with Engineering and Production teams.\nLead and support Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and other risk assessment activities to proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate production and quality risks.\nInvestigate production issues and non-conformances, perform structured root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.\nMonitor key production and quality indicators, including yields, process capability, defects, rework trends, and quality escapes, identifying improvement opportunities and early warning signals.\nEnsure appropriate implementation of operator self-verification, in-process inspections, material handling, equipment calibration, ESD, FOD, and cleanliness requirements throughout production.\nSupport production readiness and change management activities, ensuring that quality requirements, verification processes, and outstanding non-conformances are appropriately addressed before implementation.\nPartner closely with AIT Engineering, Production, Quality, and other technical teams to improve manufacturing processes, strengthen product reliability, and promote continuous improvement and quality ownership across production.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline;
