We're looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing who is passionate about innovation, thrives on experimentation, and is excited to shape the future of digital advertising.\nIn this hands-on individual contributor role, you'll spearhead the development and growth of ChatGPT Ads as an emerging customer acquisition channel, while driving strategic initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You'll bring together your PPC expertise, analytical thinking, and AI-powered automation to uncover new growth opportunities, optimize campaign investments, and deliver measurable business impact.\nYou'll have the opportunity to pioneer new advertising strategies, experiment with evolving AI technologies, and influence how we acquire customers in an increasingly AI-driven world. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams, you'll turn innovative ideas into scalable, data-driven acquisition strategies that drive business growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and Scale ChatGPT Ads: Own the ChatGPT Ads channel end to end, including campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and growth targets.\nBuild with AI: Build agents to create and optimize ads, and use internal AI tools to create new landing pages and funnel experiences to test.\nRun Structured Tests: Run structured tests on bidding, context hints, ad formats, and landing pages.\nUnderstand Conversational Advertising: Understand how advertising in a conversational environment differs from traditional keyword-based platforms such as Google and Microsoft, particularly around user intent, conversation context, relevance, and decision-making moments.\nMake Data-Driven Investment Decisions: Use data to determine which campaigns, verticals, messages, and intents warrant additional investment.\nEmbrace Experimentation: Be highly analytical and comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving advertising platform where best practices are still being developed, proactively testing hypotheses rather than relying solely on established playbooks.\nLead Strategic Projects on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads: Take charge of assigned strategic projects focused on optimization and growth across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.\nDrive Audience and Keyword Research: Conduct thorough audience and keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities to optimize SEM campaigns, using audience/keyword research tools, search query data, and competitive research.\nManage Budgets with Smart Bidding: Use smart bidding strategies to manage the SEM/PPC budget effectively, track spend, and make sure it aligns with objectives and delivers the right ROAS.\nAnalyze Campaign Performance: Use Google Ads, Excel, SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, and similar tools to analyze key metrics, including conversions, revenue, margin, and ROAS.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRelevant Experience: 6-10 years of work experience in digital marketing.\n\nPaid Media Expertise: Significant experience with one or more of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, or Meta Ads.\n\n AI & LLM Skills: Hands-on use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in day-to-day PPC work, including prompting, building custom agents, and automating tasks such as ad copy, keyword research, and performance analysis.\n\nAdvanced Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.\n\nAnalytical Capabilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret PPC data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.\n\nMarketing Technology: Comfort with Google Analytics, marketing technologies, conversion tracking, and tag management.\n\n Technical Foundations: Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.), scripting (Python, Google Ads scripts), platform APIs, and MCP/agent tools.\n\nCuriosity & Learning Agility: Curious and quick to learn, energized rather than slowed by new platform features.\n\nOwnership: Takes initiative and owns outcomes.\n\nEducation: \nNice to Have\nHands-on experience in SQL.\n\nOur Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace\nWe welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where professional services are readily available to all.
