You’ll gain hands-on experience with practical AI development, going beyond simply using AI coding tools to help build AI-powered capabilities into our products.\nThe role offers a mix of front-end and back-end development, letting you work across the full stack rather than being limited to one area. You’ll also help evolve our visually driven CRM platform-a product with the potential to stand on its own.\nIf you're an established mid-level engineer looking for technical variety, opportunities to grow, and the chance to make a visible impact, Blaze could be a great next step in your career.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain features for the CRM platform, ensuring optimal customer communication across multiple channels (email, SMS, instant messaging). \nLearn about and work with LLMs for code generation, verification, and intelligent messaging within our CRM system.\nDevelop full-stack solutions using the .NET Core stack.\nDesign and develop scalable, high-performance web applications. \nCreate efficient front-end interfaces with frameworks like React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript. \nImplement and manage RESTful APIs and server-side logic. \nUtilize Agile methodologies to ensure continuous delivery and improvement of software solutions. \nWrite unit tests and ensure code quality with automated testing processes. \nWork closely with product, analytics, and business teams to gather and refine project requirements. \nParticipate in code reviews and design discussions to improve overall team productivity and code quality. \nOptimize database queries and web application performance to handle high loads and large datasets. \nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of commercial software development experience with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. \nProficiency with .NET (C#), JavaScript, SQL, and front-end frameworks (React, Redux, TypeScript). \nExpertise in using Git for managing codebases. \nExperience developing automated tests (unit and integration) using test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.\nExperience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a focus on CI/CD practices.\nProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers. \nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems. \nExperience with CRM systems or customer communication platforms is a plus. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nIntermediate level of English or higher. \nOur Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace\nWe welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where professional services are readily available to all.
