This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining traditional software engineering with modern AI workflows and wants to work on systems that evolve through real-world usage and iteration.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild backend-heavy full-stack solutions that support Javelin team initiatives\nContribute to frontend development as needed to deliver end-to-end product functionality\nWork on LLM- and AI agent-related application features and integrations\nHelp support and extend self-optimization capabilities connected to the intake bot and related workflows\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners and adjacent engineering teams on shared initiatives\nPractice specification-driven engineering, translating requirements into clear, well-scoped specs before and during implementation\nWrite maintainable, production-quality code and contribute to standard engineering quality practices, including testing\nParticipate in technical discussions, implementation planning, and iterative product improvement\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of professional experience in software engineering in a full-stack role\nStrong knowledge of C# and .NET, with the ability to build and maintain scalable backend services and application logic\nSolid knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript; experience with React is preferred\nHands-on experience with AI and LLM workflows, including a practical understanding of how to integrate AI-powered and agent-based capabilities into real applications\nSome exposure to Python for model development, data analysis, and automation\nStrong SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and reporting\nExperience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests as part of a high-quality engineering workflow\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify practical, minimal, and effective solutions to complex technical challenges\nUpper-intermediate English or stronger for effective collaboration in cross-functional settings\nOur Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace\nWe welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where professional services are readily available to all.
