You’ll help lead Security Operations, coordinate incident and threat management, and support the team in day-to-day cyber defence activities. The role is hands-on and leadership-focused, with responsibility for improving security operations, monitoring and incident response.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and coordinate Security Operations (SOC)\n\nDrive incident management and threat follow-up\n\nSupport the team with operational security matters\n\nHelp lead P1 and major security incidents when needed, including occasional outside-office-hours support\n\nFollow up on security actions, risks and improvement initiatives\n\nCoordinate with internal teams and external service providers\n\nAct as a subject matter expert on cyber defense and security operations\n\nImprove MTTR (Mean Time to Respond/Recover)\n\nIncrease security monitoring and detection coverage\n\nEnsure timely follow-up of incidents, threats and vulnerabilities\n\nTranslate technical findings into clear actions and reporting\n\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nRequirements:\nStrong professional background in SOC, Incident Response and Cyber Defence\n\nExperience leading or coordinating Security Operations\n\nStrong experience in incident management and threat follow-up\n\nExperience with Microsoft XDR and Microsoft Sentinel\n\nExperience with Palo Alto security solutions\n\nUnderstanding of modern identity and non-human identity risks\n\nExperience coordinating with internal teams and external service providers\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nAbility to analyse technical security findings and translate them into clear actions\n\nExperience working with
