You will join a team building digital products that provide performance insights across Customer Meeting Points (CMPs) and franchisees. The goal is to consolidate data from multiple business systems into trusted, scalable, and automated data products supporting reporting, analytics, governance, business decision-making, and continuous improvement.\nAs a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain automated data solutions for CMP and Franchisee Performance Evaluation products. You will help transform manual and fragmented reporting into a reliable, centralized analytics ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy, validation, version control, and auditability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain automated, scalable data solutions for CMP and Franchisee Performance Evaluation.\n\nWork across the full data engineering lifecycle, from ideation, architecture, and requirements to development, testing, deployment, and operational follow-up.\n\nDesign and implement end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, and serving layers for both batch and streaming data.\n\nWork with data modelling and lakehouse architecture best practices.\n\nConnect and consolidate data from multiple business systems into a unified and reliable data ecosystem.\n\nEnsure data quality through validation, monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, version control, and auditability.\n\nContribute to technical design, estimation, sprint planning, documentation, and deployment.\n\nBuild clean, scalable, resilient, reusable, and cost-efficient data solutions using cloud-native technologies.\n\nCommunicate data architectures, pipelines, and technical trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines, including batch and streaming data.\n\nHands-on experience with Databricks, including Apache Spark, Delta Lake, job orchestration, performance tuning, and environment management.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Data Lake Storage.\n\nSolid understanding of data modelling and lakehouse architecture.\n\nExperience with DevOps practices, including Git/source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, environment promotion, and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nStrong understanding of data engineering guidelines, release processes, data validation, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.\n\nComfortable contributing to solution design and working throughout the complete data engineering lifecycle.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nYou will work with:\nDatabricks -
