The initiative aims to strengthen data accessibility, improve decision-making, and enable advanced analytics and AI-driven business capabilities across the organization.\nAs an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's information architecture, developing robust information models, and ensuring that business requirements are translated into a consistent and well-governed data foundation.\nThis role requires a strong combination of enterprise architecture expertise, information modeling capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze business and analytical data requirements and translate them into structured information models.\n\nDefine, develop, and maintain conceptual and logical information models across multiple business domains.\n\nIdentify information gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement across existing systems, data sources, and business processes.\n\nEstablish alignment between information models, enterprise architecture principles, business terminology, and governance standards.\n\nSupport the integration and harmonization of data from multiple domains to enable advanced analytics and AI use cases.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across Business Analytics, Data Management, Integration, Solution Architecture, and other relevant functions.\n\nFacilitate workshops and discussions to establish common business concepts, information domains, and data requirements.\n\nContribute to enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and cross-functional data transformation programs.\n\nSupport information governance, prioritization, ownership, metadata management, and data quality practices.\n\nEnsure that information architecture supports strategic business objectives and the organization's long-term data ambitions.\n\nRequirements:\nInformation Architecture - Level 4\nAbility to define and maintain enterprise-wide information structures, domains, business concepts, and relationships between information assets.\n\nExperience establishing consistent information architecture across multiple business areas.\n\nInformation Modeling - Level 4\nExtensive experience designing and maintaining conceptual and logical information models.\n\nProven ability to harmonize information structures across domains and translate business requirements into clear, structured models.\n\nEnterprise Architecture - Level 4\nStrong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and the ability to align information architecture with business strategy and the wider architectural landscape.\n\nExperience contributing to enterprise-level architecture decisions and transformation initiatives.\n\nData Governance & Information Management - Level 4\nExperience applying data governance principles, information ownership, metadata management, data quality practices, and information standards.\n\nAbility to promote consistency, transparency, and accountability in enterprise information management.\n\nData Architecture - Level 3\nUnderstanding of data structures, source systems, integrations, and data flows.\n\nKnowledge of the architectural requirements of analytics and AI platforms.\n\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management - Level 3\nAbility to understand business needs, identify information gaps, and translate requirements into architecture and modeling deliverables.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.\n\nRequired Experience and Qualifications\nSeveral years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, Information Architect, or in a similar senior architecture role within a large and complex organization.\n\nStrong expertise in information architecture and information modeling.\n\nExperience supporting data-driven transformation initiatives, enterprise data programs, or similar strategic projects.\n\nPractical experience using ArchiMate for information architecture and modeling.\n\nProven ability to work across business and technical teams and communicate complex architectural concepts clearly.\n\nExperience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders around business terminology, information domains, and data requirements.\n\nFull professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using Sparx Enterprise Architect.\n\nBackground in data platforms, analytics environments, and AI-enabled organizations.\n\nExperience in construction, infrastructure,
