With their strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and client success, Justera Group is a trusted partner for technology innovation across Sweden.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused IT Project Leader / Implementation Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (D365 F&O) implementation projects within a complex, international business environment.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating IT deliveries, leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders and ensuring successful implementation across multiple business units.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ERP implementation experience who enjoys bridging business requirements and technical delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end IT delivery activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation projects.\n\nPlan and coordinate system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, hypercare and handover activities.\n\nLead and coordinate a team of D365 functional and technical consultants.\n\nEnsure alignment between technical solutions, business requirements and overall project timelines.\n\nWork closely with business project managers, implementation managers and IT stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate dependencies with solution design, development, integration teams and external vendors.\n\nManage market-specific configurations, localisation requirements and deviations from the standard solution blueprint.\n\nTrack project milestones, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.\n\nProvide regular project updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\nProven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (D365 F&O) implementations.\n\nStrong IT project management and implementation leadership experience.\n\nSolid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle phases.\n\nExperience managing global, cross-functional technical and business teams.\n\nKnowledge of ERP system integrations, data migration and solution architecture.\n\nExperience coordinating external vendors, implementation partners and internal stakeholders.\n\nStrong risk management, planning and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nAbility to work independently and deliver results in complex IT environments.\n\nRequirements:\nWe are looking for someone who:\nHas successfully managed large-scale ERP implementation projects.\n\nCan lead technical and functional teams with confidence.\n\nUnderstands both business processes and IT delivery requirements.\n\nIs proactive in identifying and resolving risks and dependencies.\n\nIs comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.\n\nHas a structured, collaborative and results-oriented approach.\n\nLanguage Requirements\nEnglish: Professional proficiency required.\n\nSwedish: Beneficial;
