and hands-on Senior Business Controller to join a Group Finance organization during an important transitional period.\nThis is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring operational continuity, delivering high-quality financial insights, and supporting planning, forecasting, and reporting activities across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate is highly self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with finance and business stakeholders across multiple regions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare, analyze, and present financial performance reports across regions and business areas\n\nProvide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making\n\nDrive and support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery\n\nMonitor financial KPIs, analyze variances, identify trends, and highlight potential risks and opportunities\n\nPartner with regional and local stakeholders to align financial planning with commercial objectives\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve financial models and reporting structures\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and reporting integrity across finance systems and tools\n\nSupport ongoing finance operations during a period of organizational transition\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of finance processes\n\nWork closely with stakeholders across different markets and business areas to ensure effective financial planning and reporting\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, FP&A, or similar finance roles\n\nStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting\n\nProven ability to transform complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nStrong self-leadership and the ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment\n\nA hands-on approach and willingness to work directly with financial systems, data, and detailed analysis\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills\n\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Anaplan is highly valued\n\nStrong financial systems and data modelling capabilities\n\nExperience from a global technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or other fast-growing international organization\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools\n\nExperience working in complex, multi-regional business environments\n\nExperience supporting finance organizations through transformation,
