The role combines hands-on engineering with platform design, automation, security, reliability, and developer enablement.\nYou will work independently in a complex enterprise environment and collaborate closely with platform engineers, data engineers, architects, security specialists, and development teams. The role requires someone who is comfortable taking technical ownership while remaining hands-on in implementation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and improve platform capabilities on Google Cloud Platform\n\nWork hands-on with GKE, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads\n\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code, primarily using Terraform\n\nContribute to CI/CD and GitOps-based delivery practices\n\nWork with GCP networking, IAM, security, and access management\n\nDevelop reusable platform components and enable self-service for engineering teams\n\nContribute to monitoring, logging, observability, and operational reliability\n\nSupport engineering teams with onboarding workloads onto the platform\n\nCollaborate with architects, security teams, and engineers to ensure scalable and secure platform solutions\n\nContribute to technical standards, reusable patterns, and long-term platform improvements\n\nRequirements:\nSenior-level experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps\n\nSeveral years of hands-on production experience with Google Cloud Platform\n\nStrong practical experience with GKE and Kubernetes\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code\n\nExperience designing or developing cloud platform foundations or landing zones\n\nExperience with IAM, Workload Identity, networking, and cloud security\n\nStrong experience with CI/CD and automated software/infrastructure delivery\n\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability in cloud environments\n\nExperience supporting multiple development or engineering teams through shared platform capabilities\n\nAbility to work independently and take technical ownership\n\nStrong communication skills in English\n\nHighly Meriting Experience\nGCP data services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub\n\nApache Beam\n\nData ingestion and/or streaming platforms\n\nGitOps\n\nHelm\n\nBackstage or Internal Developer Platforms\n\nPython and Bash\n\nGoogle Cloud networking and security services\n\nMulti-cloud environments involving GCP, Azure, and/or AWS\n\nPlatform engineering in regulated or security-sensitive enterprise environments\n\nDeveloper
