In this role, you will be responsible for securing SMT business objectives and ensuring that project deliveries meet established targets, requirements, and timelines.\nYou will lead the SMT project team from PCI through EG, coordinating activities, managing budgets, and ensuring that SMT requirements and deliverables are integrated into the overall project plans. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across different functions, requiring a strong understanding of business needs and project priorities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the SMT project team from PCI to EG, ensuring assigned gate targets and deliverables are achieved.\n\nOwn, manage, and follow up on SMT project budgets.\n\nDevelop and monitor SMT project timelines together with the team.\n\nProvide input to the overall project schedule and ensure alignment.\n\nEnsure SMT deliverables and requirements are integrated into relevant project plans, including V&V.\n\nDefine and drive SMT deliverables in accordance with the Project Description.\n\nUnderstand and manage the expectations and needs of key stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional activities to secure high-quality project deliveries.\n\nRequirements:\nExperience in project management, preferably within product development or aftermarket projects.\n\nExperience working with both waterfall and agile project methodologies is an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of process and product development.\n\nExperience with aftermarket operations and documentation is highly appreciated.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to make high-level decisions with limited information and competing priorities.\n\nStrong business understanding and the ability to work across functions.\n\nA pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a positive and proactive mindset.\n\nAbility to take ownership
