experienced Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Engineering Lead to lead quality assurance and quality control activities within a complex engineering environment.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that products and services meet high standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.\nThis role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures, methods, and standards.\n\nReview and manage quality specifications for engineering projects, products, and operational processes.\n\nMonitor quality performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.\n\nIdentify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.\n\nLead and coordinate complex engineering activities across multiple disciplines.\n\nProvide technical guidance and quality-related consultation to management and stakeholders.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.\n\nSupport engineering projects by ensuring compliance with established quality requirements.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality challenges.\n\nMentor engineers and lead quality-related activities and improvement projects.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.\n\nMinimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.\n\nStrong experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).\n\nGood understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality standards, and quality processes.\n\nExperience in root cause analysis and complex problem-solving.\n\nProven ability to lead engineering projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience implementing continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\n\nExcellent analytical,
