With their strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and client success, Justera Group is a trusted partner for technology innovation across Sweden.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer for a short-term assignment with a leading organisation in the construction and engineering industry.\nThe assignment involves designing and developing a new SharePoint Online communication site for the Development and IT functions. The consultant will combine hands-on SharePoint implementation with technical expertise in solution architecture, information architecture, navigation, search and governance.\nThe goal is to deliver a modern, intuitive and scalable communication site that follows Microsoft 365 and SharePoint best practices, enhances information sharing and discovery, and supports long-term maintenance and future development.\nThe consultant will work independently, provide technical guidance to stakeholders, and translate business requirements into practical, sustainable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop and configure a modern SharePoint Online communication site.\n\nDefine and implement the information architecture, site structure and navigation.\n\nOptimise search capabilities, metadata and content discoverability.\n\nEstablish appropriate permissions and support secure, efficient content management.\n\nEnsure the solution is user-friendly, scalable and easy to maintain.\n\nProvide technical guidance on SharePoint architecture, design decisions and Microsoft 365 best practices.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nSupport governance principles and long-term management of the communication site.\n\nRequirements:\nStrong hands-on experience designing and developing SharePoint Online communication sites using standard platform capabilities and Microsoft best practices.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of SharePoint solution architecture and information architecture.\n\nExpertise in navigation, search, metadata, permissions and content organisation.\n\nExperience creating user-friendly and maintainable solutions for content publishing, internal communication and information discovery.\n\nAbility to translate business and user requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nAbility to work independently and advise stakeholders on technical design decisions and best practices.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nFull professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.\n\nMust be based in Sweden and available for the assignment period.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with SharePoint hub sites, Microsoft Search and integrations across Microsoft 365.\n\nExperience working within established governance models for decentralised content management.\n\nPrevious experience implementing intranets or enterprise-level communication sites.\n\nKnowledge of best practices for sustainable content management and ongoing SharePoint
