With their strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and client success, Justera Group is a trusted partner for technology innovation across Sweden.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in Payments to join a large-scale technology initiative within the banking and financial services sector.\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payments architecture, a strong understanding of banking products and financial services, and a passion for designing scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions.\nIn this role, you will lead architectural design and decision-making, define target and transition architectures, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver effective payment solutions. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into architectural designs while supporting complex projects in an evolving technology environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and drive solution architecture frameworks, principles, and strategies within the Payments domain.\n\nDesign and develop target architectures, transition architectures, and architectural roadmaps.\n\nEstablish architectural roadmaps and technical runways to support long-term technology objectives.\n\nFacilitate the definition of end-to-end payment flows in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.\n\nContribute to detailed solution design alongside Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other key stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate closely with development teams to ensure architectural alignment and successful project delivery.\n\nProduce and maintain high-quality architectural documentation and deliverables.\n\nEngage with stakeholders across multiple business and technology areas to align architectural decisions with strategic objectives.\n\nNavigate ambiguity and support decision-making in large, complex transformation initiatives.\n\nProvide architectural guidance across Payment Channels and Payment Processing Platforms.\n\nEnsure proposed solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, and broader enterprise architecture principles.\n\nRequirements:\n9+ years of experience in Payments Solution Architecture or a closely related architectural role within financial services.\n\nStrong knowledge of banking, financial services, payment products, and payment processing ecosystems.\n\nProven experience designing and delivering solution architectures for complex payment systems.\n\nDemonstrated ability to develop architectural deliverables, including target architectures, transition architectures, roadmaps, and solution designs.\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms and technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Microsoft Azure, and OpenShift.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\n\nExperience working in both traditional Waterfall and Scaled Agile environments.\n\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.\n\nProfessional fluency in English, both written and spoken.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with DevOps practices and modern software delivery approaches.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.\n\nExperience working in
