With their strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and client success, Justera Group is a trusted partner for technology innovation across Sweden.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to take overall technical responsibility for a key digital platform within a large-scale retail/e-commerce environment.\nIn this role, you will lead the development team and provide technical and architectural direction for the platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the platform evolves in line with business and technical expectations, while continuously identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.\nA key part of the role will be keeping up to date with developments within areas such as Generative AI, data and analytics platforms, and cloud technologies, ensuring that the platform remains modern, scalable, and fit for the future.\nYou will work closely with stakeholders across both business and IT and coordinate with other teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive technical direction.\nExperience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide overall technical and architectural leadership for the platform.\n\nLead and support the software development team from a technical perspective.\n\nDefine technical principles, frameworks, and guidelines for the platform.\n\nEstablish and maintain the technical roadmap for application development.\n\nEnsure that the platform is continuously improved and developed in line with business needs and technical objectives.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies, including GenAI and modern analytics platforms.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.\n\nCollaborate with solution architects, product owners, project managers, test leads, development teams, integration teams, business representatives, and external suppliers.\n\nAct as a technical advisor and confidently challenge existing solutions when improvements are needed.\n\nContribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous development of both the team and the wider organisation.\n\nRequirements:\nSeveral years of experience in software development and technical leadership.\n\nStrong experience in technical architecture and solution design.\n\nStrong Python development experience.\n\nExperience with FastAPI.\n\nExperience working with BigQuery.\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.\n\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nExperience leading development teams or acting as a technical lead.\n\nAbility to translate
