This role requires a recognized technical expert with extensive experience in embedded systems testing, test architecture, automation frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in defining testing strategies, mentoring engineering teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and contributing to the development of robust and scalable software platforms.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and mentor test engineers and development teams, fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.\n\nDefine, design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for embedded software platforms.\n\nDrive verification and validation activities for embedded software and hardware systems.\n\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and functional safety regulations.\n\nDevelop and enhance automated testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve test efficiency and coverage.\n\nIdentify, document, track, and support resolution of software defects and testing challenges.\n\nCollaborate closely with software developers, system architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.\n\nLead system-level testing activities and integrate deliverables across multiple teams.\n\nSupport release readiness assessments and quality gate reviews.\n\nContribute to technical roadmaps and influence testing strategies across the wider organization.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert, driving best practices and innovation in embedded software testing and verification.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.\n\n12+ years of experience in embedded software development, testing, verification, or system engineering.\n\nStrong expertise in embedded software testing methodologies, test architecture, and verification strategies.\n\nHands-on experience with test automation frameworks and automated testing tools.\n\nSolid understanding of embedded hardware-software interaction.\n\nExperience working with safety-critical or highly regulated systems.\n\nStrong defect management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management
