This position combines hands-on software engineering with cloud architecture, platform engineering, technical governance, and infrastructure development.\nThe successful candidate will drive the technical direction of the platform, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners, and ensure that platform solutions meet the highest standards for security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and drive the technical roadmap for the GCP platform.\n\nDesign and implement scalable, cloud-native platform capabilities.\n\nAct as the technical authority for platform code, performing reviews and approving implementations.\n\nReview and maintain high-quality TypeScript and Python microservices in accordance with engineering best practices.\n\nEnhance AI-assisted development workflows, including automated pull request reviews and repository governance.\n\nTranslate business requirements into detailed technical designs, architecture documentation, and implementation-ready Jira stories.\n\nProvide technical guidance and implementation specifications to external engineering teams.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve Terraform modules and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nManage the lifecycle of GCP projects, networking configurations, IAM, and firewall policies.\n\nDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.\n\nDevelop and support event-driven cloud solutions leveraging services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Eventarc.\n\nPromote engineering excellence through technical governance, automation, and platform best practices.\n\nRequirements:\nExtensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar technical role.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nAdvanced programming skills in TypeScript and Python.\n\nProven experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures.\n\nStrong expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.\n\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.\n\nHands-on experience with Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Eventarc, and related GCP services.\n\nSolid understanding of cloud networking, firewall policies, IAM, and GCP project management.\n\nExperience conducting technical code reviews and enforcing engineering standards.\n\nAbility to create detailed solution designs, technical documentation, and implementation-ready user stories.\n\nExperience collaborating with or providing technical direction to external
