This role focuses on designing and developing embedded application software that optimizes vehicle cooling, heating, and climate control systems across Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), and Fuel Cell platforms.\nYou will work within an Agile development environment, contributing to both new product development and the continuous improvement of existing systems while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams worldwide.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain embedded application software for thermal management systems.\n\nPerform requirement analysis, software architecture, design, implementation, documentation, testing, and verification.\n\nDevelop and enhance control strategies for coolant loop and thermal management applications.\n\nLead system engineering activities and support technical decision-making within the team.\n\nIntegrate software components and ensure delivery quality before release.\n\nPerform functional verification, system tuning, and calibration.\n\nSupport software development throughout the complete product lifecycle.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including testing, validation, electromobility, and system engineering.\n\nParticipate in early-phase concept development and technical roadmap planning.\n\nAnalyze test results from simulation, rig, and vehicle testing to improve system performance.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering best practices.\n\nMentor team members and share technical knowledge across the organization.\n\nRequirements:\nMaster's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering discipline.\n\nMinimum 8 years of experience in Embedded Software Development.\n\nStrong experience in embedded software design and implementation.\n\nExperience developing control strategies and software verification.\n\nHands-on experience in functional verification, system tuning, and calibration.\n\nStrong understanding of systems engineering and embedded software development lifecycle.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving
