Reporting to the Creative Director and collaborating closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll turn creative concepts into compelling designs across social, email, web, print, and in-store environments. You’ll work alongside our marketing, retail, ecommerce and creative teams, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our brand shows up at every touchpoint.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDigital Design: Create graphics for social media, email, web, and paid ads.\nRetail Graphics: Design in-store signage, menu boards, window graphics, and POP materials for our stores and retail partners.\nPrint: Design collateral such as brochures, display sheets, and flyers. Understand how to create prepare press-ready files.\nPackaging Design: Support the development of packaging designs, with an understanding of production processes, print specifications, and final artwork preparation.\nDesign Concepts: Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to bring creative concepts to life, from mood boards and initial explorations to polished mockups.\nCampaign Adaptation: Resize and version campaign creative across digital, print, and retail.\nBrand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines across every touchpoint.\nQualifications:\nExperience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field plus 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.\n Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
