Every service you launch, every price you set, and every quality gap you close should show up in whether customers come back.\nYou'll love this role if you…\nWant to know why a number moved before deciding what to do about it\nWould rather ship a change and measure it than polish a deck\nCare how a service actually feels for the customer, and go talk to operations and professionals to find out\nEnjoy getting teams who don't report to you moving in the same direction\nWant to be measured on whether customers come back, not just on this month's bookings\nWhat you'll own\nCategory growth: Develop and execute plans to grow bookings, GMV, customer frequency, and contribution margin across multiple categories\nService assortment:Identify gaps in the offering, launch relevant new services and packages, and improve existing ones using customer demand, competitor insights, and service performance.\nCustomer retention:Work with CRM, Marketing, and Product to improve discovery, conversion, repeat booking, cross-sell, and customer lifetime value.\nSupply and availability:Partner with Operations to match professional capacity and skills to demand by service, location, day, and time.\nService quality:Work with Quality and Operations to address customer complaints, service failures, training gaps, and inconsistent outcomes. Own the commercial impact of quality decisions.\nPricing and promotions:Design and assess pricing, bundles, and offers against incremental demand, discount cost, and profitability.\nBusiness performance: Own a weekly view of category performance, identify the few issues that matter most, and drive actions with clear owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.\nCross-functional execution:Lead launches and improvements across Operations, Quality, Product, Marketing, Finance, and commercial partners.\nWhat tells us you're the one\nYou've measurably grown a category or commercial line. Tell us the initiative you led and the number that moved.\nYou can find the cause behind a metric, size the opportunity, and make a call with imperfect information, then explain the chain from change to customer result.\nYou have 5+ years in category management, vendor/ p&l management, or commercial roles, though results matter more than years.\nYou understand unit economics (pricing, promotions, acquisition, retention, margin), because every offer here has a real cost.\nYou've taken initiatives from proposal through launch and performance review, including knowing when to change course or stop.\nYou're comfortable working alongside frontline operations and turning customer feedback into better service.\nYou communicate clearly and influence without formal authority, with ownership, pace, and attention to detail.\nOn-demand, marketplace, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG experience is a plus, but strong consumer category experience in any industry is equally welcome.\nWhy Justlife\nWe helped digitalize the home services industry in the UAE in 2015.
