Business Development Manager

At JustMarkets, we believe that true growth comes from execution, resilience, and taking complete ownership of your perimeter. We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our hub in Cyprus. In this role, you will be the operational backbone and main driver of our presence in assigned international markets.

You won't just sit in high-level strategy meetings - you will get into the weeds, resolve operational bottlenecks, build alignment with marketing, manage Country Managers and Partner Relationship Managers, and directly engage with our top partners in the region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless product delivery in your assigned region by wrapping our core product with all necessary local infrastructure(payment methods, localization, regulatory & compliance solutions)
• Synchronize with Marketing to design, deploy, and monitor regional Go-To-Market activities that drive real, measurable client acquisition and traffic
• Resolve complex operational issues directly - from managing local payment conversion to handling risk/dealing queries and online brand reputational challenges
• Act as an executive contact point and escalation layer for the Top-20 key partners in your region
• Build long-term trust and loyalty, leaving day-to-day routine queries to PRMs while maintaining strategic rapport with key decision-makers
• Lead, coach, and scale your regional team (Country Managers, PRMs)
• Enforce strict operational standards, work disciplines, and clear daily/weekly KPIs across your team
• Participate actively in talent acquisition, onboarding, and training for your regional perimeter, demonstrating full ownership of your team's success
• Deeply analyze regional performance, partner conversion funnels, and unit economics
• Identify root causes for any drop in regional metrics down to the individual partner or client cohort level

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Regional Operations within the Brokerage / FX / CFD / FinTech industry
• Strong middle-management capability. You focus on execution, process implementation, and overcoming obstacles rather than abstract theory
• Solid understanding of commission structures, partner payout models, trading terms, risk/dealing basics, and financial metrics
• A "never give up" attitude. Ability to push initiatives through internal stakeholders (back-office,legal, risk) and keep driving results even on challenging or slow-growin markets
• Readiness to be based in Limassol, Cyprus. We firmly believe that close offline team collaboration during onboarding and operations builds strong alignment and culture
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
