Evaluate and propose the adoption of new technologies that can benefit the company.\nRequirements\nAt least 10 years of experience in a technology role \nAt least 5 years on leadership position as CTO, Director of Engineering etc\nProven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that have contributed to measurable business growth;\nEngineering background with extensive experience in software development, IT infrastructure, data engineering, cybersecurity, and IT operations;\nStrong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing technology team;\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;\nComprehension of core compliance standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.\nA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. \nFluent in East Slavic languages;\nWill be a plus \nExperience in financial services or trading industry, ideally with a strong background in developing and optimising trading platforms like MT4 and MT5;\nAI fluency and awareness of current AI methodologies and best practices within tech
