business requirements into technical execution\nDrive and evolve engineering processes: planning, estimation, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management\nGuide architectural decisions for systems running on hybrid infrastructure\nEnsure high availability, performance, and observability of production systems\nIdentify and reduce technical debt, while maintaining delivery velocity\nHire, onboard, mentor, and grow engineers; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews\nFoster a culture of ownership, customer first, and result-oriented\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience\n2+ years in an Engineering Manager role\nBackground in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains\nStrong understanding of backend systems, ideally with hands-on experience in Ruby\nExperience operating systems on AWS (EC2, networking, security, monitoring)\nExperience working with on-premise infrastructure and hybrid environments.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies\nFamiliarity with observability tools (metrics, logging, alerting) and performance monitoring\nWill be a Plus\nExperience with low-latency or high-throughput systems\nExposure to trading, fintech, or market-data platforms\nExperience scaling teams and systems\nHands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools\nWe
