three functional areas: Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, and MarTech/AI Automation\nManage Team Leads, establish clear goals and OKRs, and ensure effective team performance\nDevelop and implement the strategy for marketing technology, analytics, and operational processes across CFD and Crypto\nOversee the development and integration of CRM, CDP, MMP, and analytics platforms\nBuild and maintain a unified marketing analytics and attribution framework across acquisition channels\nEnsure accurate marketing data collection, tracking, reporting, and attribution\nOversee key marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROI, and acquisition channel performance\nImprove and standardize marketing campaign launches, promotional activities, landing pages, and tracking processes\nTake ownership of marketing budget control, reporting, and reconciliation processes with Finance\nDrive the implementation of AI tools and marketing process automation\nEnsure effective collaboration between Marketing, Product, Engineering, BI, Finance, and Compliance teams\nDevelop scalable workflows and reduce manual operational tasks\nRequirements\n5+ years of management experience in MarTech, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Operations\nExperience working in a large, mature digital company with complex marketing infrastructure\nProven experience managing multiple marketing teams through Team Leads, including at least 2 Team Leads with 2 or more employees in each team\nStrong practical experience specifically in marketing analytics and marketing technology\nDeep understanding of MarTech infrastructure, CRM, and CDP platforms such as Segment, RudderStack, Tealium, Braze, Customer.io, Insider, and MoEngage\nPractical experience with SQL, BigQuery, and Snowflake\nExperience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI and analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4\nStrong understanding of marketing attribution, S2S tracking, Conversion APIs, and MMP solutions such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular\nExperience building and optimizing marketing processes, campaign workflows, budget tracking, and financial reporting\nUnderstanding of AI automation, API integrations, and tools such as Make and Zapier\nStrong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills\nUpper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher\nWill be
