improvement of the team, processes and product\nRequirements:\n5+ years of сommercial experience with C# and modern .NET\nSolid understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures and algorithms, and software architecture\nHands-on experience with multithreading and asynchronous programming\nStrong hands-on experience building and operating production systems, preferably high-load and highly available\nPractical experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time/low-latency data processing, using tools such as RabbitMQ and Kafka\nStrong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization - including autoscaling, performance tuning, and identifying/resolving system bottlenecks\nStrong experience with relational (preferably PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases\nExperience designing and implementing APIs using REST, GraphQL, or gRPC\nHands-on experience with Entity Framework\nHands-on experience with Docker and solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts\nExperience with AWS or other cloud platforms\nExperience writing unit and integration tests, familiarity with TDD practices\nExperience with any tools for continuous integration and delivery (preferably GitLab and ArgoCD)\nComfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment\nUnderstanding of modern AI capabilities and limitations, with hands-on experience using AI-powered coding assistants or agents\nEnglish proficiency at B1 level or higher for technical discussions and documentation\nWill Be a Plus:\nExperience with ClickHouse or other
