queries\n\nOptimize website content, landing pages, and site structure to improve search rankings and organic performance\n\nMonitor and improve technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile optimization\n\nAnalyze backlink profiles, support Link Building initiatives, and identify potential link-related risks\n\nTrack SEO performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, and other relevant KPIs\n\nPrepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations\n\nCollaborate with content, product, design, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements\n\nStay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO trends, adapting strategies to maintain competitiveness\n\nEnsure SEO best practices are followed across the company's multilingual websites and global platform\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in organic growth for international projects\n\nHands-on experience with SEO in the Japanese market, including an understanding of local search behavior and market-specific SEO requirements\n\nStrong understanding of Google search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices\n\nStrong Technical SEO skills, including technical audits, crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first optimization\n\nExperience with Content SEO, including keyword research, clustering, on-page optimization, content mapping, and semantic SEO\n\nExperience with Link Building, backlink profile analysis, outreach coordination, and toxic backlink management\n\nProficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming
