You will be responsible for people leadership, delivery excellence, and technical direction across a hybrid infrastructure.\nResponsibilities\n\nLead and manage cross-functional engineering team up to 10 engineers (backend, frontend, mobile)\n\nOwn delivery, quality, and technical outcomes for your teams\n\nPartner closely with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution\n\nDrive and evolve engineering processes: planning, estimation, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management\n\nGuide architectural decisions for systems running on hybrid infrastructure\n\nEnsure high availability, performance, and observability of production systems\n\nIdentify and reduce technical debt, while maintaining delivery velocity\n\nHire, onboard, mentor, and grow engineers;
