You will work closely with DevOps, QA, and engineering teams.\n\nWe hire for the long term. If you want to grow and you enjoy learning on real production cases, we will invest in your development and support your growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Monitor the infrastructure using monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Icinga / Zabbix).\n\n• Respond to alerts and incidents, and resolve issues following procedures and runbooks.\n\n• Escalate serious production incidents to DevOps and engineering teams when no procedure exists.\n\n• Work on follow-up tasks after incidents.\n\n• Improve the observability and monitoring stack, including migrations between monitoring systems.\n\n• Write and update runbooks and automate routine tasks with scripts.\n\n• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, developers, and other engineering teams.\n\n• Participate in the on-call rotation, which is introduced gradually.\n\nRequirements:\n\n• 2+ years of experience as a Linux Engineer, System Administrator, IT Specialist, NOC Engineer (Linux focus), or Junior DevOps Engineer with monitoring knowledge.\n\n• Solid experience with Linux as the main focus of the role.\n\n• Hands-on experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Icinga / Zabbix).\n\n• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to describe problems clearly and briefly..\n\n• Willingness to learn and grow, with a responsible and transparent approach to work.\n\n• English at B1 level.\n\nNice to have:\n\n• Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, GitOps \n\n• Knowledge of Windows Server.\n\n• Scripting (short scripts)\n\n• ELK stack\n\n• Python \n\nWhat we offer:\n\n• 20 paid vacation days per year\n\n• 10 paid sick
