processes.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Support, Marketing) that address specific business needs\n\nMaintain, optimize, and continuously improve the functionality and performance of the current CRM setup\n\nProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production environments to ensure high system reliability\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into technical tasks\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and future development\n\nRequirements\n\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing modules\n\nStrong proficiency in C# programming language, with the ability to write robust and maintainable code\n\nSolid understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL\n\nProven experience in delivering business-critical features on time in a collaborative and structured team environment\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nIntermediate English proficiency\n\nWill Be a Plus\n\nExperience configuring and customizing on-premise Dynamics 365 setups for specific business needs\n\nPrevious
