full ownership from UI to database.\nApply data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals to solve real production problems, not just interview puzzles.\nLead high-level and low-level design discussions for new features: scalability, data modelling, API contracts, and trade-offs.\nOwn technical delivery for assigned modules end-to-end: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.\nIntegrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and data sources (CRMs, payment gateways, internal tools) into client-facing applications.\nDiagnose and resolve production issues; improve performance, reliability, and observability (logging, monitoring, alerting).\nReview code across the stack and mentor junior/mid-level developers.\nResponsibly use AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, etc. ) to accelerate delivery, while rigorously reviewing AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.\nCollaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, design, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into shipped features.\n\nRequired Skills Must Have\n\nCore Python and Programming Fundamentals: \n5-7 years of hands-on Core Python development (Python 3.10+): OOP, decorators, generators, context managers, iterators, exception handling, memory management.\nSolid grasp of concurrency: multithreading, multiprocessing, asyncio/async-await for I/O-bound workloads.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent demonstrated practical experience.\n\nData Structures and Algorithms: \nStrong working knowledge of arrays, linked lists, stacks/queues, trees, graphs, hashmaps, and heaps.\nAbility to analyse time/space complexity (Big-O) and apply the right structure to production code assessed through applied problem-solving, not competitive-programming trivia.\n\nSystem Design: \nHigh-level design: scalability, load balancing, caching strategies, database sharding/replication, message queues, fault tolerance, basic CAP theorem trade-offs.\nLow-level design: class/module design, design patterns, clean API contracts, database schema design.\nCan reason about idempotency, retries, rate limiting, and graceful failure handling in distributed systems.\n\nBackend Frameworks and API Development: \nProduction experience with at least one major framework: FastAPI (preferred for new services), Django, or Flask.\nStrong REST API design (versioning, OpenAPI/Swagger); working knowledge of Pydantic or equivalent for validation.\n\nDatabases: \nStrong SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) schema design, query optimisation, indexing.\nORM experience (SQLAlchemy 2x, Django ORM); working exposure to NoSQL/caching stores (MongoDB, Redis).\n\nFront-End Development: \nHands-on experience with React (or Angular/Vue) for building production UI.\nWorking proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS.\nFamiliarity with state management (Redux/Context API) and consuming REST APIs from the front-end.\nExposure to front-end testing (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.\n\nCloud, DevOps and Tooling: \nHands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nComfortable with Docker;
