You'll play a key role in bringing AI concepts to life in production-ready, customer-centric applications, spanning from quick prototypes all the way to scalable product features.\nYou will become a key member of a cross-functional product team, actively shaping a long-term vision: an AI Assistant that supports operations teams across all production workflows from planning and execution to analysis and continuous improvement.\nAs part of your daily business, you will:\nDesign, develop and deliver AI-powered features end-to-end: from proof of concept to production on our Partner's stack (Angular, Node/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure)\nEvaluate and integrate AI/ML services, APIs, and open-source models to solve real customer problems (document processing, root-cause analysis, ERP/MES integrations)\nShape the AI/ML tech stack with real ownership over tools, frameworks, and architecture\nBuild and maintain eval frameworks to ensure AI outputs meet quality, reliability, and safety standards\nCollaborate with product and engineering, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and grow AI competency across the team\nRequirements\nYou shall bring:\n5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with proven hands-on AI/ML experience (e.g. LLM integration, data pipelines, ML model deployment)\nStrong software engineering fundamentals: writing well-structured application code (not just notebooks or scripts) with modern development practices\nExperience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and OpenAI APIs\nFamiliarity with TypeScript and web frameworks\nThe ability to move fast from proof of concept to production, with an experimental yet methodical approach\nStrong conceptual thinking -
