At Justt, you’ll partner with product, engineering, data, success and go-to-market teams to build technology that sits at the core of modern payments, and has a direct, measurable impact on the bottom line for some of the biggest companies in the world.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage a portfolio of top-tier enterprise customers across commercial, technical, support, and product dimensions \nAnalyze portfolio performance, combining data and customer feedback to generate actionable payment insights\nIdentify and execute expansion opportunities end-to-end to achieve account growth targets\nDefine and drive retention strategies through structured account plans to meet retention goals\nLead business review meetings and engage senior management to strengthen multi-level stakeholder relationships\nAct as the go-to expert on new feature releases, ensuring smooth and effective customer adoption\nCollect and communicate client feedback to Product and R&D teams to influence roadmap priorities\nDeliver client training and enablement sessions to drive value realization\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to expand Justt’s regional presence\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager managing enterprise accounts\nProven track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights and actions\nDemonstrated success in building and growing long-term, value-driven customer relationships\nComfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments\nWillingness to travel several times a year\nExperience in the payments industry -
