At Justt, you’ll partner with product, engineering, data, success and go-to-market teams to build technology that sits at the core of modern payments, and has a direct, measurable impact on the bottom line for some of the biggest companies in the world.\nThe Solution Engineer owns the full end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new Justt customers.\nThis includes gathering and defining requirements, configuring Justt’s product to match each customer’s business model, leading cross-functional execution, and ensuring the customer goes live with the correct data, integrations, and configuration to achieve maximum quality, customer satisfaction in minimum onboarding time.\nThe role requires strong project management, deep understanding of the product and the chargeback domain, and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly (PSPs, APIs, data flows).\nxYou will guide customers through PSP connection steps, explain our APIs clearly, and translate customer flows into precise system configuration that drives case quality and performance.\n1. End-to-End Onboarding Ownership\nLead the full onboarding project, both externally with the customer and internally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ops.\nManage requirements, timelines, risks, and communication through to go-live.\nDeliver clear SOWs and onboarding documentation.\nEnsure the customer connects their PSP to Justt and provides all required data inputs.\n2. Integration & Data Enablement\nExplain Justt’s APIs, data structure, and enrichment options in simple, customer-friendly language.\nIdentify the exact data points needed per customer and the rationale behind them.\nMap customer data to Justt’s required fields and flag gaps early.\nValidate data completeness and correctness during and immediately after onboarding.\n3. Product Configuration\nTranslate business models, purchase flows, and policies into accurate product configurations.\nOptimize configuration to maximize evidence strength and recovery performance.\nDocument configuration decisions and ensure internal alignment.\n4. Performance & Quality Monitoring\nMonitor data accuracy and completeness during the first months post-launch.\nTrack early recovery results and quickly escalate issues.\nCoordinate fixes across Product, Engineering, or customer teams when needed.\n5.
