If the opportunity to build your career is compelling, read on for more details.\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead a team of talented software engineers from around the world\nDefine strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for compelling customer-facing experiences\nLead projects to level up internal teams to become AI-native\nDrive alignment among stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelines\nConduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions\nMake data-informed decisions that align with strategic goals\nTrack product performance metrics and report progress against goals\nCommunicate product features and requirements to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, including business stakeholders, software engineers, designers, and executives\nPerform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice\nPERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:\n5+ years of product management experience\nComprehensive understanding of software development processes\nStrong critical thinking and first-principles problem-solving\nSound understanding of UX design principles\nWorking knowledge of technical concepts such as databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS\nExperience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Codex) for personal or team productivity and workflow automation\nFamiliarity with project/roadmap tools such as Jira or Linear\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nEDUCATION:\nBachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field\nAlternatively, a bachelors degree in a non-technical field paired with relevant technical experience, coursework, or a certification (e.g., coding bootcamp)\nJUUL LABS PERKS & BENEFITS:\nA place to grow your career.
