to ensure user-friendly experiences and optimized workflows.\nEnsure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices in Salesforce development.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.\n Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.\nProficient in Apex, including Triggers, Classes (Controllers, Services, Batch, Utilities).\n Experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).\n Hands-on experience with Flows for process automation.\nWorking knowledge of Enhanced Chat is a strong plus.\nExperience with Data Cloud and integrations with external data sources is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with Einstein for Service and/or Agent Force is a bonus.\nOptional but nice-to-have: experience with Aura
