You will create and execute test scenarios, manage test data, identify and document defects, support retesting, and contribute to test closure and reporting.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, methodical, and experienced in testing Cards issuing flows and integrated banking environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest Design & Execution\nDesign, prepare, and execute functional test cases, scenarios, and scripts for Cards issuing flows\n\nPerform functional testing across Cards platforms, integrations, and supporting channels\n\nValidate end-to-end business processes against defined requirements and expected results\n\nExecute assigned test cycles within agreed timelines and quality standards\n\nCards & Visa Testing\nSupport testing activities for new Cards platform installations and product launches\n\nExecute test scenarios covering Cards issuing processes and related integrations\n\nSupport Visa ecosystem and certification testing requirements\n\nValidate system behavior across relevant platforms, interfaces, and channels\n\nTest Data & Defect Management\nPrepare and manage test data required for planned testing activities\n\nIdentify, document, and log defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence\n\nTrack assigned defects and coordinate with relevant teams throughout resolution\n\nPerform defect retesting and regression testing where required\n\nTest Closure & Reporting\nMaintain accurate records of test execution, results, defects, and outstanding issues\n\nSupport test progress and quality reporting activities\n\nAssist with test closure documentation and evidence\n\nEscalate testing blockers, dependencies, and quality concerns to the Test Manager\n\nExperience Requirements\nExperience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar testing role\n\nPrevious experience within Cards, banking, payments, or financial services\n\nHands-on experience designing and executing functional test cases and scenarios\n\nExperience testing Cards platforms, issuing processes, integrations, or channels\n\nExperience with defect logging, tracking, retesting, and test closure activities\n\nExposure to Visa certification or card scheme testing is highly preferred\n\nTechnical Skills\nFunctional and end-to-end testing\n\nCards issuing flow testing\n\nTest case and test scenario design\n\nTest script execution\n\nTest data preparation and management\n\nDefect identification, logging, and tracking\n\nRetesting and regression testing\n\nCards platform and integration testing\n\nVisa certification testing\n\nTest execution and closure reporting\n\nAbilities\nAttention to detail: Identifies functional issues, inconsistencies, and unexpected system behavior during testing\n\nAnalytical thinking: Understands expected business flows and can isolate potential causes of defects\n\nQuality mindset: Maintains accuracy and consistency throughout test execution\n\nDocumentation: Creates clear test evidence and detailed defect reports that technical teams can act on\n\nCollaboration: Works effectively with Test Managers, developers, business teams, vendors, and other stakeholders\n\nExecution focus: Manages assigned test cases and defects through completion within agreed timelines\n\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role means completing assigned Cards testing accurately and on schedule, with clear documentation of test results and defects.\nThe Test Analyst / Tester will help ensure Cards platforms, issuing flows, integrations, and Visa certification scenarios are thoroughly validated and ready to progress toward implementation and product launch.\nApplication Process\nIf you have hands-on testing experience within Cards, payments, or banking and enjoy ensuring complex financial solutions work as expected, we encourage you to apply.
