This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week. All applicants must be flexible to accommodate seasonal overtime needs, which include some evening and Saturday hours. Starting wage $17.00 an hour. Applicants must successfully pass all pre-hire screenings, including background checks and drug tests.\nJob Description\nThe inventory control position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory. Associates are responsible for tracking and allocating inventory as it comes into the warehouse, handling damaged and defective product appropriately, taking active and preventative measures to prevent errors and discrepancies, research product movement and history within the warehouse and communicate with management with issues and recommendations. In an effort, to provide the highest level of customer service, all warehouse associates will be cross trained to be proficient in the areas of order fulfillment, quality control and shipping, and other basic warehouse functions.\nJob Responsibilities\nDaily stock put away\nDaily cycle counting\nDaily restocking and reslotting of product\nMaintain and update accurate inventory records\nReporting and solving discrepancies between physical counts and computer records\nFollow all inventory management procedures\nProduct kit creation\nAssist receiving when needed\nMust meet production standard during peak season\nAdjusting found, unexplained and returned product to inventory\nFollow all safety protocols and guidelines\nFollow company policies as outlined in the employee handbook\nMaintains cleanliness of work area\nRequirements\nMathematical and analytical skills\nCritical thinking and problem solving skills\nAttention to detail and organizational skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills\nSchedule flexibility to accommodate seasonal overtime requirements including weekend work\nAbility to work under pressure with strong motivation and a sense of urgency\nPhysical strength - Must be able to lift 30+lbs\nPhysical stamina - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time\nMust be capable of twisting, stooping, squatting and reaching above shoulder level crouching on a frequent basis\nAbility to use inventory programs PH and EBS to update counts, adjust records and compile reports\nOperate an RF scanner\nForklift experience beneficial\nPerform other duties as assigned or requested\nBenefits\nMedical / Dental / Vision Benefits available\nPaid holidays and vacation following company schedule.\n401K during enrollment period\nStarting hourly wage is $17.00.\nJ.W.
