Your key responsibilities include:\nOwning the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from planning to production\nDriving execution based on priorities set by the AI Product Owner\nDriving and facilitating planning and delivery activities (such as planning, refinement, daily stand-up, retrospective, demos, etc.) to ensure steady flow and progress\nCoordinating work across the AI team, IT teams and business stakeholders\nActively removing impediments and managing dependencies across initiatives\nFollowing development, progress closely and ensuring timely deployments and handovers\nEnsuring transparency on progress, risks and delivery status\nSupporting good delivery practices\nLeading compliance and maturity activities in AI Governance and Agent Governance\nConducting AI assessments to ensure solutions align with governance frameworks\nSupporting and guiding teams toward full compliance with the EU AI Act\nWHAT SHOULD YOU BRING\nWe are looking for a pragmatic and delivery-focused profile who thrives in execution and close collaboration. You enjoy being close to the work, driving team flow, and taking direct responsibility for AI governance and compliance. You likely bring:\nHands-on experience delivering solutions within AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, data products and similar\nExperience from roles such as Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar\nSolid understanding of agile principles and cross-functional teamwork\nKnowledge of AI governance, Agent Governance, or compliance frameworks such as the EU AI Act\nPractical experience with AI assessments or quality assurance in data/AI initiatives\nAbility to collaborate closely with a Product Owner while maintaining clear role boundaries\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nA structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset\nExperience with JIRA or similar is considered an advantage, but not a must\n IS THIS YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY?
