Do you thrive on turning business needs into practical solutions and ensuring successful implementation across an international organisation?\nThen you might be the Business Solution Specialist we are looking for.\nWHAT WE OFFER YOU\n• A key role in developing and improving JYSK's Workforce Management solutions globally • Close collaboration with Logistics, HR, Finance, IT and operational stakeholders across countries • The opportunity to influence future WFM solutions in JYSK • An international work environment with development and career opportunities • A structured introduction and strong support from colleagues • A Scandinavian company culture based on trust, involvement and responsibility • Travel opportunities connected to implementations, training and workshops • 20% employee discount in all JYSK stores\nWHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT\nAs a Business Solution Specialist, you will help ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of Workforce Management processes and systems across JYSK.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\n• Gathering and clarifying business requirements • Coordinating changes and improvements between business and IT stakeholders • Supporting new country implementations and system upgrades • Creating and coordinating test activities • Understanding and validating data flows between WFM, HR, Finance, SAP and BI systems • Training super users and supporting adoption of new solutions • Providing 3rd level support for WFM-related issues • Monitoring implemented solutions and identifying improvement opportunities • Contributing to the evaluation of JYSK's future WFM platform • Living our JYSK Values: Tradesman, Colleague and Corporate Spirit\nWHAT YOU NEED TO BRING\n• Experience with Workforce Management in Logistics, Retail or related business operations • Strong understanding of business processes and IT solutions • Experience with requirement gathering, testing and implementation • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both business and IT teams • A structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset • Good English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel approximately 25-30 days per year\nExperience from Logistics Operations is an advantage.\nIS THIS YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY?
